Real Estate

Advised on $100M+ in commercial and residential real estate purchases and sales, representing investors, family limited partnerships, and high-net-worth individuals on due diligence, title, financing, and closing, in addition to easement agreements, water use agreements, and land use considerations.

Hospitality Growth Financing

Represented an international hotel group in a growth financing and secondary sale, advising on deal structure, equity terms, and investor documentation through closing.

Boutique Hospitality

Serve as ongoing transactional counsel to a Southern California boutique hospitality group on a series of asset-level financing transactions. Matters have included the sale of a fee interest with a simultaneous leaseback and option to repurchase structure used to unlock liquidity while preserving long-term operational control.

PE Acquisition & Financing

Represented a private equity client in a multi-entity acquisition, roll-up, and mezzanine financing transaction, advising on deal structure, due diligence, credit documentation, and intercreditor arrangements.
