Meghan K. Woodsome

Managing Partner

About Meghan

Meghan Woodsome is the managing partner of Reicker Pfau and a strategic litigator and employment counselor who partners with businesses and individuals to navigate high-stakes disputes and complex employment challenges. Known for her business-minded approach, Ms. Woodsome works closely with her clients to develop litigation strategies that align with their broader operational and financial objectives, striking the balance between aggressive advocacy and practical business judgment.

Ms. Woodsome has litigated numerous seven- and eight-figure matters, including M&A disputes involving breach of representations and warranties claims against private equity firms and public companies, business contract disputes, financial fraud, trade secrets, class actions, and contentious business dissolutions. She brings a strategic, results-oriented mindset to every case, treating each engagement as a partnership with her client rather than a purely legal exercise.

As an employment counselor, Ms. Woodsome advises employers on the full spectrum of workplace issues, including wage and hour compliance, termination, employment contracts, executive compensation, hiring practices, disability accommodation, and harassment and discrimination prevention. She is committed to helping her clients build compliant, well-functioning workplaces while balancing legal requirements with the realities of day-to-day operations.

Ms. Woodsome began her career at O'Melveny & Myers LLP in San Francisco, where she developed a strong foundation in civil litigation, case management, and data security and privacy within the firm's Financial Services Department. She also served as a staff attorney in the Santa Barbara County Office of the Public Defender and has consulted for multiple nonprofit institutions.
