About Tami

Tami Cook joined the firm in 2022 as Chief Operating Officer, bringing over 20 years of C-Suite experience in mid-sized law firms, which enhances the depth of our management team. With a strong expertise in strategic planning, Tami oversees all aspects of firm operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.


An active member of the Association of Legal Administrators, Tami has spoken at numerous legal conferences on topics related to technology and law firm management. A California native, she received her B.S. in Accounting from North Carolina State University. Tami has been recognized multiple times by Pacific Coast Business Times as one of the Tri-Counties Top 50 Women in Business.


Passionate about the dynamics of law firm administration, Tami is also dedicated to community service. She has played a significant role in Casa Pacifica Centers for Children and Families, serving as President of the Angels and on the Planned Giving Committee. Previously, she was a board member of United Way of Ventura County. Tami is committed to securing a brighter future for disadvantaged youth.
